The health and fitness needs of your body change as you increase in age. At Exercise For Life we use a scientific, evidenced based approach to prescribe each client with a specific exercise program to address his or her health needs.
Every client is assessed buy our University Exercise Physiologists’ who identify each client’s individual health position. We then design a corrective exercise plan to assist you to achieve long-term health.
Starting a fitness program at Exercise For Life is not a time intensive process, as each step is carefully planned and demonstrated to clients. Our exercise environment is friendly and non-intimidating and our Exercise Physiologist’s are always on the gym floor provide exercise feedback and correction.
