Exercise For Life has proudly been providing Exercise Physiology services to Bedford locals and the surrounding suburbs for over 18 years.
What is Exercise Physiology?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists are a healthcare profession that uses exercise prescription to present and manage most health conditions. Exercise Physiologists are experts in movement and function who work in partnership with their clients, assisting them to optimise their health or manage conditions which may have been acquired through accident or injury, or are the result of ageing or life-changing events.
How Do We Help?
At Exercise For Life, we allocate 30 minutes for initial and subsequent Exercise Physiology sessions respectively in order for us to be able to understand your current health position, identify movement and postural changes that could be contributing to your health problem and listen to your health goals.
Your detailed assessment may include;

If you’re not assessing, then you’re guessing…
A common complaint that we unfortunately hear is that our clients’ previous health professional did not spend enough time with them or didn’t spend the time listening to their specific problems; treating them as though they were just another number on a production line. At Exercise For Life we ensure that we give you and your health condition the time it deserves as we are passionate about you achieving your optimal health outcome!
Individually Designed Management Plan
On the first session following your assessment, we will present you with a management plan that outlines your specific health goals and details our proposed exercise program. We carefully take time with you to slowly introduce your exercise plan using our specialised App (Physi App) which presents your exercise program clearly using pictures and video.
We know that in the first month of commencing your exercise program your body will start to move and feel different and as a result we like to work with you very closely to monitor these changes and adapt your program to ensure that you get the best health outcome.
