What is Strength For Life Classes?
Strength for Life is an individualised exercise program for participants over 50 years of age, completed in a group setting. Our Exercise Physiologist will work with you to create an individual exercise plan that will help build their strength. Each participant needs to have a doctor’s referral form completed before they are able to start the classes and have an initial assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists. Once you have had your initial assessment, you can join the group class.
